Wellness Coaching

This is your opportunity to work with Ashley and learn how to heal yourself both spiritually and physically. 

Ashley takes her knowledge of clinical herbalism and psychic ability (tarot and other methods) to dive into the parts of your soul that need to be addressed and healed, while utilizing the magic of herbs to support the soothing and balancing of the physical body.

During your hour and a half session, Ashley will be learning about your health history, emotional circumstances and stress you are experiencing and addressing the needs of your mind, body & spirit. 

You will gain understanding of the root cause of your imbalances and be given the tools you will utilize for the rest of your life to maintain glowing wellness.
