You can book a reading through our website. Simply select the type of reading you're interested in, click the 'Schedule Your Time' button, choose a date & time that works for you, and complete the booking process.

How long is each session?
We offer several options tailored to each service type. As you explore each option, a guide description will be provided to help you select the appropriate duration. Generally, it's best to choose more time for deeper, complex situations or multiple inquiries.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Yes, we require the webcam to be turned on for Zoom sessions. This helps maximize our time, prevent speaking over each other, observe reactions that may cue us to clarify points, and ensure a smoother conversation.
If you are uncomfortable being on camera, we offer Email Delivery options for our tarot and astrology services.
Please also ensure the Zoom application is downloaded on your device before the appointment. When joining from the order confirmation email link, Zoom will request permissions for your microphone and camera. Make sure to enable these to avoid any delays or troubleshooting. Some devices may require you to grant privacy access in the device settings. Familiarize yourself with how Zoom operates on your chosen device ahead of our scheduled call.
Can I record my Zoom session?
Yes, you are welcome to record your Zoom reading session for personal use. We also offer the option to record to our cloud storage and automatically send you a download link which expires in 7 days for your privacy. Please let us know at the beginning of the session if you would like to record it. This will also be a question that is asked during booking.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
If you are unable to make your appointment, please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email at least 12 hours in advance to select a new available time. We understand that life happens and things come up, so to avoid a no-show fee, please take advantage of this self-service option. We do not offer cancellation refunds.
Are there any restrictions on the type of questions I can ask?
Yes, we do not allow questions around childbirth, serious legal matters, medical conditions, or anything that requires professional, medical, or legal advice. Additionally, no questions related to illegal activities or the energy of individuals not directly tied to your personal situation.
Can I get a refund if my question is not suitable for a Mystic Rebels reading?
If your question falls under restricted categories, you will be entitled to store credit or may change your question. We will email you before proceeding. Refunds are generally not allowed unless we miss the delivery deadline or feel uncomfortable with a question outside our listed restrictions. Email Delivery Readings
We offer tarot and astrology readings delivered directly to your email inbox! Whether you prefer privacy or need a quick answer, this option is available in various depth & formats to suit your needs.
For urgent situations, current forecasts, immediate guidance, and scenarios not requiring a deep dive. Ideal for those in a pinch or crisis, needing immediate resolution, or dealing with timely matters.
We send these as an audio message accompanied by an image of the tarot cards or your astrology chart, depending on the chosen service. The file is yours to listen to as many times as you need!
If you're more of a visual person, we offer a video delivery upgrade so you can see everything as it's being done with the ability to revisit and rewatch as many times as you need!

How long does it take to receive my Email Delivery reading?
Standard delivery times are within 10 calendar days. Timeframes are dependent on how many orders are in queue, personal life events, and other factors. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee for urgent matters or if you simply don't want to wait for an answer.
How does the delivery timeframe work for Quick Answers readings?
You can select a delivery timeframe of 24, 48, or 72 hours when ordering a Quick Answers reading. Your reading will be prioritized and delivered within the chosen timeframe. These readings are designed for situations, questions, or topics that do not require an in-depth look. Please refer to the guidelines set within the Product Page.
When should I choose a Quick Answers reading?
Choose a Quick Answers reading if you are in a pinch, facing a crisis, or need immediate resolution for timely matters. This is also optimal if you're seeking insights relevant to today, the imminent future, or related to a current decision. These readings are limited in scope so if you need depth in context, you're best off opting for a Rush Delivery on an Email Delivery Service.
What happens if we miss the delivery deadline?
If we do not meet our deadline, you are entitled to a full refund. We will contact you ahead of time to choose whether you'd like a refund or if we should proceed with the order. This is extremely rare. For Quick Answers options, please allow a few hours grace for upload, formatting, and delivery. Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders around the expected delivery time to ensure you receive your reading promptly.
How will I receive my reading?
Readings are sent to your email inbox. Tarot readings include an image of the pulled cards, while Astrology readings include referenced charts. Both come with a voice recording. You may upgrade to a video delivery if you prefer a visual format to follow along.
*Does not apply to Quick Answers Readings as we may not have access to filming or recording equipment within the chosen timeframe. These will always be Voice Recordings.
Additional upgrades may also be available for each service.
How many questions can I ask per order?
Each order covers one question or topic. This applies for Quick Answers & Standard Email Delivery options. We will cover as much as possible based on the requirements of the order within the given question or topic. For further insight, please extend the requested level of detail. If you have multiple questions, you may order multiple services or consider a Zoom Session above.
Is there a set time for each reading?
No, there is no set time for each reading. Once we feel we have answered your question to the best of our ability within the selected level of detail, we will conclude the reading. The total length will vary based on the complexity of the question. Simply put, some readings are more straight-forward than others so there is no consistent time frame for Delivery Readings. The more detail requested, the longer we will spend on the reading to fulfill the needs of the inquiry.
