These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mysticrebels.com, our customer-account experiences, content, communications, products, services, memberships, communities, and related features that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Services, creating an account, placing an order, booking a service, starting a membership, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms and to the policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Certain offerings may include additional product-page terms, booking terms, community rules, practitioner notices, promotion rules, or third-party platform terms. Those additional terms also apply. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific terms presented for that offering control for that subject.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to access or use the Services, create an account, make a purchase, book a service, begin a membership, submit information for a reading, or participate in a community area. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

The Services are intended only for adults and are not directed to children. Do not submit a minor’s personal, health, birth, or other sensitive information without lawful authority and every consent required by applicable law.

2. Customer accounts and account security

Some features require a Shopify customer account, a Mystic Circle or other community account, or access through a third-party provider. You must provide accurate, current information; keep your sign-in method and devices secure; and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of duty or otherwise prohibited by law.

Accounts, memberships, course access, download links, and practitioner materials are personal to the authorized customer and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or shared unless an offering expressly states otherwise. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access, changing account details, or discussing an order.

You may request account closure using the account tools or by contacting us. Closing an account may end access to account-dependent purchases, communities, saved content, replays, discounts, and membership benefits. We may retain transaction and compliance records as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

3. Orders, pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices, descriptions, availability, promotions, and included features may change before purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges are shown at or before checkout when required. Currency conversions and payment-provider fees may vary by provider.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean we have accepted it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, or inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, we will return the amount collected for the canceled item or service.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the displayed total and, for recurring plans, future renewal charges disclosed at enrollment. You agree not to initiate a fraudulent or knowingly false payment dispute. This does not limit any lawful billing-dispute or consumer right.

4. Physical products, fulfillment, and shipping

Physical products may be produced or fulfilled by third parties, including print-on-demand, book-production, warehouse, and shipping partners. Product images are illustrative; screen settings and production methods may cause reasonable differences in color, placement, finish, or packaging. Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and order remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and any product-specific terms presented at purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

5. Digital products and limited license

Digital products may include ebooks, PDFs, audio, video, worksheets, recordings, downloadable files, access links, and other electronic content. The listing identifies the format, delivery method, compatibility, and any access window. You are responsible for using compatible, current software and for saving permitted downloads before a disclosed link or retention period expires.

A digital purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, noncommercial use. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, perform, modify, translate, resell, sublicense, share, upload to a file-sharing service, or provide access to another person.

You may not upload substantial portions of our digital products, courses, frameworks, transcripts, books, or member materials into a public or third-party artificial-intelligence system; use them to train, fine-tune, benchmark, ground, or build a model, dataset, knowledge base, embedding index, or competing product; or use automated tools to extract or reconstruct them, without our prior written permission.

If a delivery link is missing, expired unexpectedly, incomplete, or technically defective, contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. Our first remedy may be to restore access, replace the file, or provide another reasonable delivery method. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Readings, consultations, and scheduled services

Service listings identify the practitioner, focus, format, duration, expected delivery window, and included follow-up, if any. You are responsible for reviewing those details, selecting the intended service and focus, providing accurate booking information, checking the displayed timezone, and using an email address you monitor.

Live sessions require timely attendance and a suitable device and connection. Delivered readings are sent in the format and within the estimated timeframe stated on the listing; expedited delivery applies only when purchased and confirmed. Reasonable delays caused by illness, emergency, platform interruption, or events outside our control do not automatically create a right to consequential damages.

Rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, and follow-up rules are governed by the applicable listing, booking confirmation, Service Booking & Delivery page, and Refund Policy. Because preparation and reserved time have value, a missed appointment or late cancellation may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

We may decline or end a session if a customer is abusive, threatening, sexually inappropriate, dangerously impaired, persistently disruptive, seeks illegal assistance, misrepresents identity or authority, or requests work outside the practitioner’s stated scope. We will handle any refund or credit consistently with the circumstances, the work already performed, our published policies, and applicable law.

7. Recording, transcription, and session technology

A live session may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed through third-party technology only when that possibility is disclosed in the booking flow, confirmation, or at the start of the session. Where consent is required, we will request it. By affirmatively consenting and continuing, you authorize the disclosed recording and processing for service delivery, quality, support, recordkeeping, or creation of your session materials, as explained in the applicable notice and Privacy Policy.

Do not record, livestream, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit a session or another participant’s voice, image, chat, or personal information without our prior written permission and every other consent required by law. Personal notes are permitted. If you do not consent to a disclosed recording workflow, contact us before the session so we can determine whether a non-recorded format is available.

8. Spiritual, educational, and wellness disclaimer

Mystic Rebels offers spiritual, reflective, educational, informational, and personal-development content and services. Astrology, Cosmodynamics, Tarot, Bioattunement, Alchemystic Healing, herbalism education, Alchemysm, numerology, intuitive work, forecasts, and related frameworks are interpretive practices. They do not guarantee future events, outcomes, accuracy, compatibility, healing, financial gain, relationship results, or any particular experience.

Unless a listing expressly identifies a properly licensed professional acting within that license, our content, practitioners, sessions, communities, and products do not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or other licensed professional services, and they do not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship.

Do not delay or replace professional care, stop or change medication or treatment, or make high-stakes medical, legal, safety, or financial decisions solely because of anything provided through the Services. Herbal products and supplements may cause allergies, side effects, or interactions and may be inappropriate during pregnancy, nursing, before surgery, or with a health condition or medication. Consult an appropriately licensed professional.

If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your location. Mystic Rebels is not an emergency service.

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, interpretations, and results. Individual experiences and testimonials are not promises that you will receive the same result.

9. Courses, education, and Mystic Circle

Mystic Circle and other educational offerings may include courses, webinars, workshops, live events, replays, community areas, research, and resources that evolve over time. Unless expressly stated, they are not accredited, do not award academic credit, and do not qualify you for professional licensure, certification, or regulated practice.

Event schedules, instructors, topics, formats, replays, and available resources may change. We may correct, replace, update, reorganize, or retire content. If we advertise a specific minimum access period for a separately purchased class, we will honor that period or provide a reasonable substitute or remedy required by law.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, access to membership-included content and benefits lasts only while the membership is active and the content remains part of that tier. A separately purchased class may still require an active platform account and is subject to any access period disclosed at purchase. “Lifetime,” “indefinite,” or similar access language, if expressly used, means for the commercially reasonable life of the applicable offering or platform, not the purchaser’s lifetime and not a guarantee that a third-party platform will operate forever.

10. Recurring memberships and automatic renewal

A recurring plan automatically renews at the frequency, price, and terms clearly disclosed before enrollment unless you cancel before the next renewal is processed. Depending on the option selected, a Mystic Circle plan may renew monthly, every six months, annually, or at another interval displayed at purchase. Promotional pricing applies only as stated.

By affirmatively enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. We will provide an order acknowledgment containing the material renewal terms and a cancellation method. We may send renewal or price-change notices when required by law or promised at enrollment.

You may cancel through the membership-management tools in your Mystic Rebels account or another method disclosed at enrollment. Cancellation prevents future renewals but ordinarily does not retroactively refund or prorate the current paid term. Access continues through the end of that term unless we state otherwise or the law requires a different result.

If we materially increase the recurring price or change a material renewal term, we will provide advance notice and obtain any consent required by law. If a payment fails, we may retry it as permitted by the payment authorization, notify you, suspend paid access, or cancel the plan. You remain responsible for amounts lawfully due.

11. Community participation and conduct

Community features may be hosted by Circle or another provider and may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. You must follow posted community guidelines and treat practitioners, staff, guests, and other members respectfully.

You may not use a community area to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, discriminate against, dox, defame, or deceive another person; solicit unlawful activity; distribute malware or spam; scrape member information; advertise or solicit without permission; share another person’s confidential information; or post content that infringes rights or violates law.

We may moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate a participant when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the Service, investigate abuse, or comply with law. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction and do not endorse user statements.

12. Your content, reviews, and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

For content you intentionally post to a public or community feature, you grant Mystic Rebels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate and improve that feature. For a review or testimonial you intentionally submit for publication, this license also allows us to quote and display the review in our marketing, with attribution as submitted, subject to applicable law. We will not use private session content as a testimonial without additional permission.

We may moderate reviews for unlawful content, personal information, conflicts of interest, spam, threats, obscenity, or irrelevance, but we will not prohibit or penalize an honest review merely because it is negative. If a reviewer received a discount, gift, affiliate benefit, or other incentive, the reviewer must clearly disclose that relationship.

Do not send confidential business plans, unpublished creative work, or ideas expecting compensation or confidentiality unless we have signed a separate agreement. General feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of your preexisting intellectual property.

13. Mystic Rebels intellectual property

The Services and their original content, selection, arrangement, branding, graphics, designs, software, text, audio, video, course materials, methods, and frameworks are owned by or licensed to Mystic Rebels and are protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. This includes, as applicable, Mystic Rebels, Mystic Circle, Mystic Scrolls, Mystic Portal, Cosmodynamics, Alchemystic Astrology, Bioattunement, Alchemystic Healing, Alchemystic Tarot, Alchemysm, and associated names, logos, materials, and systems.

Except for the limited personal use expressly allowed, no right or license is granted. You may not remove rights notices, use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, create derivative or competing materials from protected content, teach or commercialize our proprietary frameworks without written permission, or use our content to train or supply an automated system.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the information required by applicable law to our designated copyright contact. We may remove or restrict access to challenged content and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.

Copyright complaints may be sent to vibe@mysticrebels.com and Mystic Rebels LLC, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702. This is a general copyright contact and is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent unless Mystic Rebels separately identifies a registered agent on the Services. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may create liability.

15. Affiliate program, affiliate links, and partner offers

If you participate in the Mystic Rebels affiliate program, the separate Affiliate Program Agreement and platform terms govern your participation, commissions, approved promotional methods, disclosures, prohibited conduct, tracking, reversals, taxes, and termination. These consumer Terms do not create a right to participate in or receive commissions from that program.

Some pages, articles, emails, social posts, collections, or recommendations may contain affiliate or referral links. Mystic Rebels may receive compensation if you click or purchase. Material relationships will be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation as required; a statement in these Terms alone is not intended to replace a contextual disclosure.

When a link sends you to Amazon or another third-party merchant, that merchant—not Mystic Rebels—is the seller unless the checkout clearly identifies Mystic Rebels as the seller. The merchant’s prices, availability, terms, privacy practices, shipping, warranties, and return rules govern that transaction. We are not responsible for a third-party merchant’s performance, though we remain responsible for our own representations and conduct.

16. Gift cards, discounts, and promotions

Gift cards and store credits are redeemable only as stated, are not transferable for value or redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may be subject to fraud-prevention review. Treat gift-card codes like cash. We are not responsible for unauthorized use caused by a recipient’s disclosure, subject to applicable law.

Discounts, referral credits, bundles, giveaways, contests, and limited promotions may have separate eligibility and expiration rules. They may not be combined, transferred, reproduced, sold, or applied retroactively unless expressly allowed. We may correct abuse or error without limiting lawful consumer rights.

17. Third-party platforms, links, and services

The Services may interoperate with Shopify, payment providers, booking tools, video-conference and recording platforms, email providers, community platforms, fulfillment partners, review tools, social networks, and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts, outages, security, content, or changes.

Links are provided for convenience or reference and do not automatically mean endorsement. You assume responsibility for reviewing a third party’s terms before using it. This clause does not excuse Mystic Rebels from responsibility imposed by law for its own vendors, representations, or handling of personal information.

18. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to:

violate law, sanctions, export controls, or another person’s rights;
circumvent payment, access, download, geographic, membership, or security controls;
probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the Services;
scrape, crawl, harvest, index, copy, or monitor the Services through automated means except a standard search engine acting in accordance with our published instructions;
collect member, customer, or practitioner information; create unauthorized databases; or use content for surveillance, profiling, model training, or unsolicited marketing;
impersonate another person, manipulate reviews, conceal a material affiliate relationship, or submit false billing, identity, birth, or service information; or
use the Services or content to create a substitute, derivative commercial service, or misleading association with Mystic Rebels.

We may use reasonable technical and legal measures to prevent or investigate prohibited conduct. Any enforcement will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable law.

19. Privacy and electronic communications

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy and in any just-in-time notice presented when sensitive information, recording consent, or a specific integration is used. Please review those notices before submitting information.

You consent to receive transactional electronic communications necessary to administer orders, bookings, downloads, memberships, security, and policy changes. Marketing email or text consent is separate and may be withdrawn using the method provided in the message. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop essential service communications.

20. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, practitioners, content, or offerings for legitimate business, safety, legal, or technical reasons. We will not use this right to avoid delivering an already purchased obligation without providing a reasonable substitute, credit, refund, or other remedy required by the applicable terms or law.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, infringement, or conduct that threatens people or the Services. When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue, including payment obligations, licenses already granted to operate the Service, intellectual-property rules, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.

21. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, CONTENT, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, INTERPRETIVE MATERIALS, AND MEMBERSHIP FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MYSTIC REBELS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE.

THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT APPLY TO AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY, A NON-WAIVABLE WARRANTY, OR A RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO PORTIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

22. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSTIC REBELS AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PRACTITIONERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MYSTIC REBELS FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO MYSTIC REBELS FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) US $100.

THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING AS APPLICABLE LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, CERTAIN PERSONAL INJURY, OR VIOLATION OF NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS. YOUR JURISDICTION MAY PROVIDE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mystic Rebels and its owners, directors, officers, employees, practitioners, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful content, your material breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your misuse of the Services. This obligation does not require you to indemnify anyone for that person’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

24. Informal resolution; binding arbitration; class-action and jury-trial waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS BELOW, IT REQUIRES YOU AND MYSTIC REBELS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND PROHIBITS CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, AND REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

Informal notice first. Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, the claimant must send a written notice describing the dispute, relevant order or account, requested relief, and contact information. Notices to Mystic Rebels must be sent to vibe@mysticrebels.com and Mystic Rebels LLC, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702. Mystic Rebels will send its notice using the contact information associated with your account. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt. Any limitations period is tolled during that 30-day period to the extent permitted by law.

Agreement to arbitrate. Except for an eligible individual small-claims action and a request in court for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief needed to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account security, or the status quo pending arbitration, every dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the parties’ relationship will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

Arbitration procedure and costs. A single neutral arbitrator will decide the dispute and may award the same individual remedies available in court. The arbitration may proceed by documents, telephone, video, or an in-person hearing as permitted by the AAA rules. A consumer may elect any hearing location allowed by those rules. Fees will be allocated under the AAA consumer fee schedule, but Mystic Rebels will pay all amounts it is required to pay and will not seek to make a consumer pay more than the amount the consumer would have paid to file the claim in court, unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose under applicable law. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless a statute, these Terms, or the arbitrator’s award provides otherwise.

Individual proceedings only; class-action waiver. You and Mystic Rebels agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity. Neither party may bring, join, or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass, or representative action or arbitration, and an arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s claim. The arbitrator may not combine claims of different people without the written consent of all parties. A court, not the arbitrator, will decide any dispute about the validity or enforceability of this paragraph. If this paragraph is finally held unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and decided by a court after all arbitrable matters are completed.

Jury-trial waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Mystic Rebels knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for a dispute covered by this Section 24.

Right to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement and the class-action and jury-trial waivers by sending a signed written opt-out notice within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account or purchase, and an unequivocal statement that you opt out of Section 24. Send it to vibe@mysticrebels.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” or mail it to Mystic Rebels LLC, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms or your access to the Services.

Governing law and court venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 24 and mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply when they cannot be waived. Any non-arbitrable proceeding, action to enforce an arbitration award, or eligible court proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

25. International use

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them elsewhere, you are responsible for local laws. We may limit availability by location. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory rights that apply under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

26. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil disorder, labor disruption, utility or internet outage, cyberattack by a third party, government action, carrier failure, or critical platform outage. This clause does not excuse payment already due or eliminate a refund or remedy required by law.

27. General legal terms

These Terms and the policies and offering-specific terms they incorporate are the entire agreement about the Services, except for a separate signed agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or change in the operator, subject to applicable notice requirements. Headings are for convenience only.

28. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, technology, risk, or business operations. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; if you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel any future-renewing plan.
