Return/Refund Policy for Consulting Services

At Mystic Rebels, we are committed to providing exceptional consulting services in Astrology, Wellness, Tarot, Life Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Parenting Services, and more. Our goal is to empower you with honest, substantive advice and actionable steps to help you move forward confidently in your personal and professional life.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our consulting services. Our experts invest significant effort and time into preparing and delivering personalized advice. However, if you experience serious technical or administrative issues on our end that prevent service delivery, please contact us at vibe@mysticrebels.com, and we will assess the situation for a potential refund.

Follow-up and Clarifications: To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 24-hour follow-up window after each session. During this time, we invite you to reach out with any questions or requests for clarification related to your consultation. Please note that any new questions or topics outside the original scope of discussion may require the booking of an additional session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will not be refunded but may be eligible for store credit applicable to future bookings or other products & services.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 12 hours notice. You can easily reschedule via the link provided in your confirmation email.

No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without any communication, we reserve the right not to rebook or refund any payments. Our consultants arrange their schedules to be available for your session, and as such, we appreciate your timely and respectful communication regarding any changes.

Expectations of Professionalism: We strive for the highest level of professionalism in all our interactions and expect the same in return from our clients. This mutual respect ensures the most productive and positive outcomes for the services we provide.

Mystic Circle Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to the Mystic Circle, a special partnership we offer with Circle. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.

Cancellations

We understand that situations change, and you may need to cancel your membership. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time.
  • Billing and Access: Once you cancel, your current membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No further billing will occur after your cancellation. We do not offer immediate, prorated, retroactive, or other types of cancellations.
  • Downgrade: At the end of the billing cycle, your membership will automatically downgrade to the Aspirant Level. You will continue to enjoy Aspirant Level perks and access free of charge.
Membership Upgrades and Downgrades

We offer flexibility in managing your membership tiers:

  • Upgrade: You can upgrade your membership to a higher tier at any time to enjoy additional perks and benefits. The new tier will take effect immediately, and the billing will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Downgrade: You can downgrade your membership to a lower tier at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the billing will be adjusted for the next cycle.
Refunds

Due to the valuable information provided through our Membership tiers, we do not issue refunds. This policy ensures that all members have fair access to the resources and benefits available.

Membership Access and Termination

When you cancel your membership, the following will apply:

  • End of Access: All access to membership benefits, including blogs, wikis, boards, community features, discounts, and other tier-specific perks, will terminate at the end of the billing cycle.
Classes Purchased

Classes purchased through Mystic Circle are available indefinitely as long as you maintain an active membership with Mystic Rebels on any of the Aspirant, Apprentice, or Alchemist tiers. However, please note:

  • Changes to Access: We reserve the right to implement a sunset date for any classes with at least 30 days notice.
  • Account Closure: If you close your account with us, you will forfeit access to all purchased classes and membership perks.
Content Use and Sharing
  • No Downloads or Sharing: We do not allow the downloading or sharing of our content. All materials are for personal use only and must remain within the Mystic Circle & Mystic Rebels platform.

Gift Cards

While we always aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase, please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Amazon.com Returns Policy

Welcome to hassle-free returns with Amazon! We want you to be delighted with every purchase, but if you’re not, here’s how you can return items to Amazon:

  • Most items purchased from Amazon.com, including those from Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some exceptions do apply, and you can find more details under "Items that Can't be Returned."

Seller Return Policies:

  • While most of our sellers adhere to a return policy similar to ours, some may vary. If you purchase from a third-party seller whose listing is Amazon Prime eligible, their items will follow the Amazon.com returns policy outlined here. We are dedicated to ensuring every purchase meets your complete satisfaction. That's why we've partnered with Printful, renowned for their commitment to quality. Together, we strive to provide you with products that not only meet but exceed your expectations.

What is your return policy? While we do not offer returns or exchanges, if there's an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item, please contact us at vibe@mysticrebels.com. We're here to resolve any problems!

Can I get a refund? Refunds are available if you receive incorrect or damaged items. Please contact us with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a refund for you through Printful.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? Currently, we do not offer exchanges. To help you choose the right size, each product description on our store includes a sizing chart. If you receive a mislabeled item, please inform us within a week of receipt at vibe@mysticrebels.com with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a correct replacement or offer a refund.

If there are any issues with your product upon receipt, please contact us via email so we can resolve this for you. Include any appropriate images so we can forward this along. Outside of this, there is a zero return policy.
