This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) governs automatically renewing, recurring, subscription, membership, and deferred purchase options offered by Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Cancellation Policy supplements the Mystic Rebels Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Mystic Circle Membership Policy, Privacy Policy, and the specific purchase-option information displayed on the product page, cart, and checkout. Those documents are incorporated by reference. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific checkout or membership term controls for that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Monthly, six-month, and annual Mystic Circle memberships renew automatically at the same membership rate and for the same term unless you cancel before the next renewal charge. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not refund or shorten the current paid term.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a recurring or deferred purchase option.

2. Purchase-option agreement and payment authorization

Before purchase, the product page, cart, or checkout identifies the price, billing interval, term, renewal frequency, and other material purchase-option information. By completing the purchase and affirmatively agreeing to the purchase-option terms, you authorize Mystic Rebels and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account for the initial term and each automatic renewal until the purchase option ends or you cancel it.

Recurring charges may include the disclosed membership price and applicable taxes. There is no free trial or grace period unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise. A promotional or discounted introductory offer does not change the ongoing rate or renewal terms unless the offer expressly says that it does.

3. Automatic renewal

All current monthly, six-month, and annual Mystic Circle memberships renew automatically. Each renewal is for the same length of term and at the same membership rate paid by that member immediately before renewal, plus applicable taxes, unless the member has canceled or a lawful, expressly accepted change applies.

Monthly memberships renew for successive one-month periods. Six-month memberships renew for successive six-month periods and are charged in full at the beginning of each term. Annual memberships renew for successive twelve-month periods and are charged in full at the beginning of each term.

Renewal continues until canceled even if you do not actively use the membership, do not log in, do not open communications, or no longer want the benefits. You are responsible for reviewing your renewal date and keeping your payment and account information current.

4. Six-month and annual term commitments

A six-month or annual membership is a prepaid term agreement, not a month-to-month installment plan. The entire term price is charged upfront. Choose these terms only if you are prepared to commit for the full paid period.

Canceling during a six-month or annual term prevents the next automatic renewal but does not end, shorten, divide, or refund the current term. Access ordinarily remains available through the end of the paid term, subject to the Terms of Service and membership rules.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel an automatic renewal at any time through the self-service membership or subscription controls available in your Mystic Rebels customer account. Follow the on-screen cancellation steps and retain the confirmation for your records.

If the self-service control is unavailable or you need assistance, email vibe@mysticrebels.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Membership Cancellation” and include your name and enough account or order information for us to locate the membership. Do not send full payment-card information.

A cancellation must be completed before the renewal charge to prevent that renewal. Self-service cancellation is effective when the account confirms completion. An emailed request is effective when Mystic Rebels has received and can reasonably identify the request, subject to verification. Send email requests before the renewal date; a request received after a renewal charge is not retroactive.

Mystic Rebels will not require a telephone call, in-person visit, mailed form, retention conversation, or disclosure of a reason as a condition of online cancellation.

6. Effect of cancellation

After cancellation, no further automatic renewal should occur for the canceled purchase option. Voluntary cancellation does not ordinarily terminate access immediately. You may continue using the included membership access and benefits through the end of the current paid billing cycle or prepaid term.

Cancellation does not erase obligations or violations that arose before cancellation and does not preserve access after the current paid term ends. Content-license, confidentiality, community-conduct, intellectual-property, dispute, and other provisions that by their nature survive remain effective.

7. No refunds, credits, or proration

Membership and purchase-option charges are final and nonrefundable. Mystic Rebels does not provide a refund, partial refund, store credit, rollover, extension, or prorated adjustment because you canceled, forgot to cancel, did not use the membership, lost interest, could not participate, disagreed with content, or failed to review the renewal date.

Canceling a monthly, six-month, or annual membership stops the next renewal only. It does not reverse a renewal already charged. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, inconsistent with the disclosed purchase option, or legally refundable, contact vibe@mysticrebels.com promptly with the relevant order and account information.

Nothing in this section limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other remedy that applicable law makes mandatory and nonwaivable.

8. Failed payments and paused access

If a renewal payment fails, membership access is restricted. The payment system is configured to retry the charge automatically on the following day. If that retry also fails, no additional automatic retries are currently scheduled and the membership remains paused until valid payment is made.

A failed payment does not create a free access period, grace period, or refund right. You may need to update the payment method and resume or reactivate the membership through the available account tools. Mystic Rebels may clean up, close, or remove stale, paused, expired, or abandoned membership records at any time, subject to applicable law and required record retention.

We are not responsible for a bank decline, expired card, insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, payment-provider outage, or customer failure to update a payment method.

9. Price protection and decreases

A price increase does not apply to an existing grandfathered membership while that membership remains continuously active and in good standing. Canceling, expiration, termination, nonpayment, material plan change, or a lapse may end grandfathered status, and a later purchase may be offered at the then-current price.

If the price of a comparable membership decreases, Mystic Rebels may apply the lower price to an existing member as a customer benefit, provided the change does not alter the member’s commitment term. Any such decrease is discretionary and does not create a continuing entitlement, refund, retroactive adjustment, or price-match obligation.

10. Changes to benefits or services

Membership content, benefits, features, schedules, instructors, practitioners, platforms, tools, community functions, and availability may change at any time as described in the Mystic Circle Membership Policy and Terms of Service. A permitted change to benefits does not itself cancel the purchase option or create a refund right, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a change requires new consent, advance notice, or an opportunity to cancel under applicable law, Mystic Rebels will provide it.

11. Termination or suspension by Mystic Rebels

Mystic Rebels may suspend or terminate a membership or account for nonpayment, fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful conduct, policy violations, security concerns, community misconduct, misuse of content, or another reason permitted by the Terms of Service or Mystic Circle Membership Policy. The effect on access, renewal, and any payment will be determined under the applicable policies and law.

Termination for a member’s violation does not ordinarily create a refund or credit. Mystic Rebels will provide any remedy that applicable law makes mandatory.

12. International and mandatory renewal rights

Subscription, automatic-renewal, distance-contract, digital-service, and consumer laws differ by jurisdiction. Where required, Mystic Rebels may provide renewal reminders, additional disclosures, consent controls, withdrawal information, or another cancellation method.

If a mandatory right applies and cannot lawfully be waived, it controls. A customer may be asked to request immediate digital performance and acknowledge the effect on any statutory withdrawal right where applicable.
