How is this different from mainstream astrology?

Mainstream astrology often begins with signs, traits, and generalized meanings. Cosmodynamics begins with the degree and its decan, then follows the house, sign, rulership, relationships, timing, and location as parts of one directed system. It is less about labeling a personality and more about understanding how energy operates.

What if I do not know my exact birth time?
