DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT LICENSE POLICY

This Digital Products and Content License Policy (“Digital License Policy”) governs digital products, downloads, recordings, reports, charts, readings, workbooks, guides, educational materials, templates, files, and other digital or electronically delivered content sold or provided by Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Digital License Policy supplements the Mystic Rebels Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Mystic Circle Membership Policy, Practitioner Marketplace and Booking Policy, and any product-specific terms. Those documents are incorporated by reference. If a product-specific term directly conflicts with this Policy, the more restrictive term controls unless Mystic Rebels expressly agrees otherwise in a writing signed by an authorized representative or applicable law requires otherwise.

Buying or receiving Digital Content gives the named purchaser a limited right to use it privately. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, publishing rights, teaching rights, practitioner rights, commercial rights, redistribution rights, or rights in any Mystic Rebels system, method, framework, or brand.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase, access, or use Digital Content. Digital Content is not offered to minors.

2. Definitions

“Digital Content” means any electronically delivered material made available by or through Mystic Rebels, whether paid, included with another purchase, personalized, complimentary, downloadable, streamed, viewed through an account, or delivered by link. It includes ebooks, PDFs, workbooks, charts, reports, templates, guides, audio, video, session recordings, transcripts, written or recorded readings, personalized files, member resources, images, graphics, data, exercises, and related materials.

“Purchaser” or “you” means the individual whose name and customer record appear on the Mystic Rebels Shopify account associated with the order. “Personal Use” means private use by that one individual for their own reflection, learning, spiritual practice, personal development, or nonclinical wellness journey, without sharing, public display, client use, teaching, publication, or commercial benefit.

3. License grant; no transfer of ownership

After full payment and subject to continuing compliance with this Policy, Mystic Rebels grants the Purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to access and use the purchased Digital Content solely for Personal Use. The license is personal to the Purchaser and is not a sale or assignment of any intellectual-property right.

Mystic Rebels and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Digital Content and in the selection, arrangement, presentation, terminology, systems, methods, frameworks, processes, techniques, branding, and other intellectual property embodied in or associated with it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No right arises by implication, estoppel, prior conduct, purchase history, membership, practitioner status, affiliate status, or access to a file.

4. One individual purchaser and account

Each license belongs only to the individual identified on the purchasing Mystic Rebels Shopify account. A purchase does not create a household, couple, family, team, employer, employee, classroom, client, practitioner, library, school, organization, or group license.

You may not transfer, assign, lend, give, sell, sublicense, or share the Digital Content or your access credentials. Unless Mystic Rebels expressly provides a designated gifting mechanism for that product, purchasing for another person does not transfer the license to them. A digital gift card transfers purchasing value only and does not itself transfer a Digital Content license.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials, email account, devices, and download links. Notify vibe@mysticrebels.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or distribution.

5. Permitted personal uses

While your license remains active, you may:

View, read, listen to, or otherwise use the Digital Content privately for your own Personal Use.

Download and store an authorized copy on your own reasonably secure personal device when the delivery format permits downloading.

Print one working copy for your own Personal Use, unless the product page expressly prohibits printing.

Create reasonable backup copies solely to protect your own authorized personal access, provided every copy remains under your control and subject to this Policy.

Make private handwritten notes about your own experience, provided the notes are not used to reproduce, distribute, teach, commercialize, or reconstruct the Digital Content or an underlying system.

These permissions do not authorize use for any other person, customer, client, student, audience, business, organization, or commercial purpose.

6. Prohibited copying, sharing, and exploitation

Except where a nonwaivable law expressly provides otherwise, you may not:

Email, message, upload, post, publish, transmit, distribute, lend, rent, sell, resell, sublicense, donate, or otherwise provide any Digital Content or access link to another person.

Share files, screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, scans, excerpts, passwords, account access, cloud folders, drives, links, or printed copies.

Reproduce, republish, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, stream, mirror, archive, index, or make the Digital Content available on any website, platform, repository, social network, forum, marketplace, course platform, membership, or file-sharing service.

Modify, translate, adapt, annotate for distribution, abridge, remix, extract, compile, repackage, white-label, rebrand, or create derivative products or substitute materials from the Digital Content.

Remove, obscure, alter, crop out, or bypass a copyright notice, trademark, watermark, customer identifier, access control, metadata, technological measure, or rights-management information.

Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, downloaders, optical character recognition, text or data mining, systematic extraction, automation, or other means to collect, replicate, analyze, or reproduce the Digital Content.

Use the Digital Content in advertising, marketing, merchandise, services, client work, paid or unpaid consultations, business operations, or any revenue-generating or reputation-building activity.

7. Absolute prohibition on teaching and system reconstruction

Digital Content may never be used, directly or indirectly, to teach, train, certify, credential, supervise, mentor, coach, consult, advise clients, provide readings, develop practitioner services, create protocols, or support another person’s professional or commercial practice.

You may not use Digital Content to create or contribute to a book, manual, guide, article, newsletter, course, workshop, class, certificate, certification, practitioner training, presentation, podcast, video, social-media series, database, software product, prompt library, assessment, methodology, framework, or competing or derivative system.

You may not reverse engineer, map, infer, test, organize, combine, restate, emulate, replicate, or reconstruct the logic, terminology, sequence, relationships, techniques, systems, or methods contained in the Digital Content, including Mystic Rebels, Mystic Circle, Cosmodynamics, Bioattunement, and Alchemystic Astrology & Healing materials. These restrictions apply even if you change the wording, format, labels, medium, presentation, or visual design; combine the material with other sources; offer the result without charge; or describe the result as inspired by, independently developed, educational, transformative, or spiritual.

8. Artificial intelligence and automated systems

You may not enter, upload, paste, transmit, connect, expose, or make Digital Content available to any artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, language-model, generative-AI, knowledge-base, transcription, summarization, analysis, search, retrieval, embedding, vector-database, agent, chatbot, or automated-processing system. This prohibition includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, and similar present or future systems.

The prohibition applies even for private or personal summarization, study, organization, accessibility, transformation, transcription, translation, question-answering, retrieval-augmented generation, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, prompt development, or output generation. You may not use AI-generated or automated output to reproduce, explain, imitate, teach, commercialize, or reconstruct any portion of the Digital Content or an underlying system.

If you require an accessibility accommodation, contact vibe@mysticrebels.com before submitting Digital Content to a third-party tool. Mystic Rebels will consider reasonable alternatives where required by applicable law.

9. Personalized readings, recordings, charts, and reports

Personalization does not transfer ownership or expand the license. A delivered reading, session recording, chart, report, personalized PDF, transcript, follow-up material, or other customer-specific deliverable remains subject to this Policy and is licensed only to the Purchaser for private Personal Use.

You may privately share isolated factual details about yourself or describe your own experience in your own words, but you may not share or reproduce Mystic Rebels or practitioner wording, analysis, layouts, methods, exercises, recordings, files, charts, reports, or protected system content. You may not use personalized materials to provide services to others or to teach, train, publish, certify, or reconstruct a system.

Rights in independently created practitioner material may also belong to the practitioner or another licensor. Your purchase does not grant rights beyond the Personal Use license stated here.

10. Delivery and access

Digital Content may be delivered through Shopify, FetchApp, Shopify’s digital-delivery tools, Fileflare, email, a Mystic Rebels customer account, a secure link, or another method stated on the product page or order communication. Some products are available immediately or within a few hours; others follow the timing stated in the applicable listing.

Delivery is complete when the Digital Content, access instruction, or functional delivery link is sent to the email address associated with the order, made available in the customer account, or otherwise provided as described in the listing. You are responsible for supplying a correct email address, checking spam and filtered folders, maintaining account access, following delivery instructions, and saving permitted copies before access expires.

Third-party delivery providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, account requirements, availability, and technical limits. Mystic Rebels does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent hosting, perpetual redownload access, or operation of every third-party service, but will address proven delivery problems as described below.

11. Ninety-day link-replacement window

If an original delivery link is lost, expired, or no longer accessible, you may request a replacement by emailing vibe@mysticrebels.com within 90 calendar days after initial delivery. Include the order number, purchasing account name, purchasing email address, product title, and a description or screenshot of the access problem.

Mystic Rebels may verify the purchase, identity, prior delivery, account standing, and compliance with this Policy. Link replacement is available only at Mystic Rebels’ sole discretion, is not guaranteed, does not restart the 90-day window, does not provide a new license or future edition, and may be refused where the product is no longer available, the request cannot be verified, misuse is suspected, or replacement is technically or legally unavailable.

After the 90-day window, Mystic Rebels has no obligation to restore a link, recreate a personalized deliverable, recover a recording, resend a file, or provide continuing account access. You are responsible for maintaining your authorized personal and backup copies.

12. Proven technical issues and exclusive initial remedy

Digital purchases are final and nonrefundable. A change of mind, failure to use or download the product, misunderstanding that is inconsistent with the listing, lack of time, duplicate purchase, preference, dissatisfaction with subjective content, device limitation, lost account access, or failure to meet a disclosed technical requirement does not create a refund right.

If Digital Content is missing, corrupted, materially incomplete, inaccessible through the promised method, or in a materially different format from the listing, notify vibe@mysticrebels.com promptly and within the applicable support window. Provide the order number, account and email information, product title, screenshots or error messages, device and software information reasonably needed for troubleshooting, and any other evidence requested to verify the problem.

For a proven issue, Mystic Rebels’ initial remedy, in its discretion, is to repair or correct the file, resend or replace the file or link, restore access, provide a compatible version where reasonably available, or give reasonable troubleshooting assistance. You must cooperate with reasonable diagnostic steps. Mystic Rebels does not provide a refund merely because a remediable issue occurred.

If applicable law gives you a mandatory, nonwaivable remedy for faulty digital content and the issue cannot be remedied within the legally required manner or time, that mandatory right controls. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Formats, compatibility, updates, and customer backups

Product pages may identify file formats, required software, functionality, interoperability, device needs, geographic or account restrictions, and other technical requirements. Review those disclosures before purchase. Unless expressly promised, Mystic Rebels does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, application, assistive technology, printer, network, or future software version.

A purchase includes the edition and deliverables described at the time of sale. It does not include future revisions, corrections, enhancements, formats, companion products, editions, or ongoing support unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Mystic Rebels may update or discontinue Digital Content at any time without creating a duty to provide the change to prior purchasers.

You are responsible for downloading Digital Content promptly, using reasonable security, maintaining compatible equipment, and preserving authorized backup copies. Mystic Rebels is not a permanent archive or backup service.

14. Watermarks, identifiers, and rights protection

Digital Content may contain visible or invisible watermarks, order information, purchaser identifiers, access controls, metadata, fingerprints, or other rights-protection measures. You consent to the use of reasonable measures connected to your purchase, access, and enforcement, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may not test, defeat, evade, interfere with, remove, alter, or conceal such measures. Mystic Rebels may investigate suspected misuse using order, delivery, account, access, and file evidence lawfully available to it.

15. Intellectual property and trademarks

Digital Content is protected by copyright, trademark, contract, unfair-competition, trade-secret, and other applicable laws. Mystic Rebels names, logos, product names, program names, system names, terminology, graphics, and trade dress may be trademarks or proprietary identifiers of Mystic Rebels LLC or its licensors.

No purchase grants permission to use Mystic Rebels branding, suggest affiliation or endorsement, register a confusingly similar name or identifier, or challenge ownership or validity. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Automatic termination, account action, and enforcement

Your license terminates automatically and immediately, without notice or refund, if you copy, share, sell, upload, scrape, teach from, commercialize, misuse, or otherwise violate this Policy. Upon termination, you must stop all use and permanently delete or destroy every copy in your possession or control, including backups, cloud copies, printouts, extracts, and derivatives, and certify deletion if Mystic Rebels reasonably requests.

Mystic Rebels may suspend or terminate accounts and access, disable links, cancel pending digital fulfillment, preserve evidence, issue takedown notices, contact a platform or service provider, seek injunctive relief, pursue damages and other available remedies, and recover costs or fees where authorized by contract or law. A delay or isolated exception does not waive enforcement.

Sections concerning ownership, prohibited uses, AI, teaching, system reconstruction, confidentiality, enforcement, disputes, and all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after access or the license ends.

17. Account closure and discontinued access

Closing a customer account, changing an email address, ending a membership, ending a practitioner or affiliate relationship, or losing access to a delivery provider does not expand, transfer, or revive a license. An authorized copy already saved by a compliant Purchaser may remain usable under this Policy unless the license has terminated, but Mystic Rebels does not guarantee continued redownload or hosting.

18. International customers and withdrawal rights

Mystic Rebels sells Digital Content internationally. Local law may require precontract information about functionality, compatibility, delivery, or remedies and may provide mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund rights. Where a right applies and cannot lawfully be waived, it controls.

Where permitted by law, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery or performance and acknowledge that beginning the download, stream, access, or personalized work may cause you to lose a statutory withdrawal right. Your consent and acknowledgment do not waive rights that local law makes nonwaivable.

19. Disputes and governing terms

The governing-law, venue, informal-resolution, arbitration, class-action-waiver, limitation-of-liability, warranty, indemnification, and related provisions in the Mystic Rebels Terms of Service apply to this Policy and Digital Content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Changes to this Policy

Mystic Rebels may update this Policy when its products, delivery methods, protective measures, business practices, or legal obligations change. The revised Policy will be posted with a new effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required. Changes ordinarily apply prospectively and do not remove mandatory rights already accrued.
