Practitioner Marketplace And Booking Policy
MYSTIC REBELS
PRACTITIONER MARKETPLACE AND BOOKING POLICY
Last Updated: July 24, 2026
This Practitioner Marketplace and Booking Policy (“Marketplace Policy”) governs practitioner-led appointments, readings, consultations, wellness-support sessions, spiritual services, delivered readings, and related services booked or purchased through Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Marketplace Policy supplements the Mystic Rebels Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and Health, Wellness, and Spiritual Services Disclaimer. Those documents are incorporated by reference. A specific listing, booking page, practitioner notice, or written offer may add service-specific terms. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific term controls for that service unless applicable law requires otherwise.
|
The practitioner named in the listing or booking confirmation provides the practitioner-led service. Mystic Rebels provides the marketplace and transaction infrastructure described below. Purchasing through Mystic Rebels does not make the practitioner an employee, agent, partner, representative, or spokesperson of Mystic Rebels. |
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to book, purchase, or participate in a practitioner-led service. Services are not offered to minors.
2. Mystic Rebels’ platform role
Mystic Rebels operates a marketplace through which customers may discover practitioners, view service listings, purchase or book services, submit booking information, use customer-account tools, and receive administrative support. Depending on the offering, Mystic Rebels may provide or administer the storefront, practitioner directory, product or service page, checkout, payment collection, booking application, customer account, automated confirmation, marketing, review tools, and related platform functions.
Mystic Rebels may collect the customer’s payment and later compensate the practitioner under a separate private agreement. This payment-administration role does not give the customer rights in the practitioner’s payout or make Mystic Rebels the practitioner’s employer or supervisor.
Mystic Rebels remains responsible for its own checkout representations, platform administration, payment handling, account tools, and customer remedies expressly assumed under this Marketplace Policy. Nothing in this Policy excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow Mystic Rebels to disclaim.
3. Independent practitioner role
Each practitioner is an independent service provider who controls their own availability, calendar, communications, preparation, professional or spiritual approach, interpretations, statements, conduct, session performance, follow-up, and service-delivery decisions, subject to their separate agreement with Mystic Rebels and applicable law.
Practitioners ordinarily provide and control their own email address, calendar, Zoom or Google Meet account, internet connection, equipment, workspace, and direct customer communications. A practitioner’s acts, omissions, views, beliefs, advice, readings, interpretations, promises, availability, lateness, cancellations, no-shows, technical failures, or interpersonal conduct are their own and are not adopted by Mystic Rebels merely because the practitioner appears on the platform.
No practitioner may bind Mystic Rebels, change Mystic Rebels policies, promise a refund or credit on our behalf, make guarantees for Mystic Rebels, incur obligations in our name, or represent that Mystic Rebels endorses every statement they make.
4. Listings, identity, credentials, and customer judgment
The practitioner intended to perform a service should be identified on the listing, booking page, confirmation, calendar invitation, or related customer communication. Mystic Rebels may update, correct, suspend, or remove a listing and may change which practitioners or services are available.
Practitioner biographies, experience, credentials, specialties, availability, and other profile information may be supplied or approved by the practitioner. Spiritual practices are often unlicensed or intentionally unregulated. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, do not assume that a practitioner holds a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, dietary, or other government-issued professional license.
Mystic Rebels may use application, identity, reference, interview, training, complaint-review, or other participation criteria, but does not guarantee that every statement is complete, independently verified, or appropriate for every customer. A listing is not a warranty of compatibility, quality, safety, licensure, or results. Customers should review the listing, ask reasonable questions, and use their own judgment before participating.
5. Booking information and customer responsibilities
You must provide complete and accurate contact, booking, intake, time-zone, and scheduling information. You are responsible for checking confirmations and practitioner communications, joining from the correct time zone, maintaining access to the email and customer account used to book, and promptly reporting an error.
For live remote sessions, you are responsible for a compatible device, reliable internet connection, working audio and any desired video, a suitable environment, and timely access to the practitioner’s Zoom, Google Meet, or other approved meeting link. Do not participate while driving, operating equipment, impaired, or in circumstances where distraction could create a safety risk.
A session may be shortened by your late arrival and ordinarily will still end at the scheduled time. Customer-side device, software, internet, email, time-zone, calendar, or environmental problems do not automatically create a refund or replacement-session right.
6. Practitioner communications and third-party technology
By booking, you authorize Mystic Rebels to provide the assigned practitioner with information reasonably necessary to deliver the service, which may include your name, email, booking details, intake responses, selected preferences, order or appointment identifiers, and communications relevant to fulfillment.
A practitioner may contact you from their own business email, calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, or another approved service. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Mystic Rebels is not responsible for a third-party provider’s independent outage, security incident, feature, retention setting, or conduct, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Keep service communications relevant, respectful, and within reasonable business boundaries. Unless a specific offering provides otherwise, purchasing a session does not create unlimited messaging access, continuing support, emergency availability, or an ongoing advisory relationship.
7. Customer cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
Scheduled services cannot be canceled for a discretionary refund. You may request one reschedule by emailing vibe@mysticrebels.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The request is subject to practitioner availability, and a preferred replacement date or time is not guaranteed.
Only one reschedule is included. A second reschedule is not guaranteed and may require a new purchase. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, failure to join, and customer no-shows ordinarily result in forfeiture without refund, credit, extension, or replacement.
We understand that serious events sometimes occur. Mystic Rebels may make a limited exception for a documented or credibly explained extenuating circumstance in its sole discretion. Be prompt and honest. An exception in one situation does not create a continuing policy, precedent, or entitlement.
Nothing in this section limits a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that applicable law makes mandatory and nonwaivable.
8. Practitioner cancellation, lateness, or nondelivery
If the practitioner anticipates a delay, cancellation, technical problem, or inability to deliver, the practitioner should contact the customer and Mystic Rebels as soon as reasonably possible. If a practitioner fails to appear or a purchased service is not delivered, contact both the practitioner and vibe@mysticrebels.com promptly with the order number, appointment information, and relevant communications.
When a practitioner-led service cannot be provided as purchased, Mystic Rebels may use the following resolution sequence, taking into account the customer’s preference, practitioner availability, the nature of the service, and applicable law:
Reschedule the service with the original practitioner.
Offer a reasonably qualified replacement practitioner, but only with the customer’s agreement.
Offer Mystic Rebels store or service credit as an optional resolution accepted by the customer.
Refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled service to the original payment method when the service cannot reasonably be fulfilled through an agreed alternative.
A refund is not automatic merely because the customer prefers a different practitioner after booking, disagrees with an interpretation, experiences ordinary technical inconvenience, or is dissatisfied with a subjective service. Any approved refund is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Delivered readings and asynchronous services
Some practitioner services are delivered asynchronously as audio, video, written material, a secure link, or another format described in the listing. The listing controls the estimated delivery method and turnaround time. Faster options may be offered separately.
A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed deadline unless expressly stated. Mystic Rebels or the practitioner may request clarification when information is incomplete. Customer delay in supplying requested information may extend delivery. Once a personalized reading, recording, report, or other service has been created or delivered, it is final and nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.
Download, access, and retention windows may be limited. Customers are responsible for saving an authorized personal copy before a link expires. Mystic Rebels and the practitioner do not guarantee permanent hosting, recovery, replacement, or archival access.
10. Recording and consent
A booking flow may ask whether a customer consents to recording. The selected choice must be confirmed and honored. A practitioner may manually begin recording only after the required consent has been obtained or verified. No party may secretly record a session.
When Mystic Rebels’ approved Zoom recording workflow is used, cloud recordings and associated transcripts are configured for automatic deletion within 14 days and may become unrecoverable. A practitioner using an independently controlled account or platform must follow applicable law, the customer’s consent choice, their separate obligations to Mystic Rebels, and any disclosed retention terms.
Customers may not independently record, capture, photograph, transcribe, stream, publish, or distribute a session without prior written permission from the practitioner and Mystic Rebels and all legally required participant consents.
11. Confidentiality and sensitive information
Practitioners may receive confidential or sensitive information needed to provide a service, including health and wellness intake, astrology birth information, personal history, goals, concerns, and session communications. Practitioners are required by their separate terms to use such information only for authorized service delivery, protect it, and avoid unauthorized disclosure.
Mystic Rebels handles information it receives as described in its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. A practitioner’s unauthorized act remains the practitioner’s own act, but customers may report a suspected confidentiality or security issue to vibe@mysticrebels.com so Mystic Rebels can review platform participation, preserve relevant records, and take available administrative action.
No internet, email, videoconferencing, or marketplace system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit information unnecessary to the service, and do not use practitioner services for emergencies or urgent crisis response. Seek appropriate local emergency or licensed professional assistance when needed.
12. Nature and limits of services
Practitioner services may include spiritual practices, readings, observations, reflective tools, personal-development support, lifestyle-oriented wellness guidance, or educational information. They are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, medication, legal, tax, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional services.
Practitioners must not diagnose, treat, cure, or promise to prevent disease; prescribe or direct medication changes; guarantee health, relationship, legal, financial, spiritual, or other outcomes; or misrepresent licensure, certification, evidence, or authority. “Healing” may be used in a nonclinical spiritual and personal-development sense to describe a customer’s personal wellness or healing journey, not as a promise to treat or cure disease.
Mystic Rebels does not recommend beginning, stopping, reducing, replacing, or changing medication. At a customer’s request, a practitioner may provide general wellness-support observations or planning materials for the customer to discuss with a prescribing clinician. Medication changes must be directed and supervised by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Customers should continue working with existing doctors and qualified advisers and should discuss herbs, supplements, remedies, protocols, lifestyle changes, contraindications, and relevant practitioner observations with an appropriate licensed professional before implementation.
13. No guarantees and subjective services
Readings, interpretations, spiritual practices, personal-development work, and wellness-support observations are inherently individualized and may be subjective. Mystic Rebels and practitioners do not guarantee accuracy, agreement, compatibility, satisfaction, outcomes, timing, predictions, improvement, healing, income, relationships, decisions, or any particular result.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, biographies, prior experiences, and marketing descriptions do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same experience or result. Customers remain responsible for their own choices, actions, reliance, implementation, and consultation with qualified professionals.
14. Service concerns, misconduct, and complaints
Questions about the substance or delivery of a service should ordinarily be raised first with the practitioner. Questions about checkout, payment, account access, the booking platform, or this Marketplace Policy should be sent to Mystic Rebels.
Report suspected harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, confidentiality violations, unsafe claims, undisclosed recording, impersonation, unauthorized solicitation, or other serious misconduct to vibe@mysticrebels.com promptly. Include the order number, appointment date, practitioner name, a clear description, and relevant communications or other evidence when available.
Mystic Rebels may request information, facilitate communication, preserve records, restrict contact, pause or remove listings, suspend or terminate practitioner participation, adjust a pending payout where permitted by the practitioner agreement, or take another reasonable platform action. Mystic Rebels does not promise a particular investigation, outcome, discipline, disclosure, or timeline and may protect confidential, safety-related, and legally privileged information.
15. Reviews and testimonials
Customers may be invited to provide an honest review or testimonial. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may not contain threats, harassment, private information, unlawful content, impersonation, fabricated claims, or material unrelated to the service.
Mystic Rebels may moderate reviews for legal, privacy, safety, authenticity, relevance, or platform-policy reasons, but will not promise removal merely because a review is negative. Incentives, discounts, free services, practitioner relationships, or other material connections must be clearly disclosed when applicable. Mystic Rebels does not purchase or require positive reviews.
16. Off-platform arrangements and solicitation
A practitioner may not use customer information obtained through Mystic Rebels to divert, solicit, or move the customer to an unauthorized off-platform transaction in violation of the practitioner’s agreement. Customers should not ask a practitioner to bypass Mystic Rebels payment, booking, or account controls.
If a customer and practitioner independently enter an off-platform arrangement not authorized and processed by Mystic Rebels, Mystic Rebels is not a party to that transaction and does not provide its booking records, payment administration, credits, refund process, issue buffer, or other marketplace protections for that arrangement.
17. Intellectual property and permitted personal use
Unless a listing expressly grants broader rights, a purchased reading, report, recording, session, or practitioner-created deliverable is licensed to the purchasing customer for private, personal, noncommercial use. You may not publish, repost, sell, sublicense, teach from, commercially exploit, distribute, publicly perform, upload to an artificial-intelligence system, or create derivative products from it without written permission from the applicable rights holder and Mystic Rebels where its rights are involved.
A practitioner’s participation does not authorize the practitioner to teach, reveal, reconstruct, publish, license, or commercialize Mystic Rebels systems, methods, terminology, member materials, or protected techniques. Books, manuals, guides, classes, databases, or other works explaining Mystic Rebels systems require a separate written publishing or license agreement signed by Mystic Rebels.
18. Practitioner changes, removal, and substitution
Mystic Rebels may accept, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove a practitioner or service at any time; may change placement, visibility, categories, or listings; and does not guarantee that any practitioner will remain available. Removal from the platform does not necessarily establish wrongdoing.
If a booked practitioner becomes unavailable, Mystic Rebels may propose a substitute. A substitute will not be imposed without the customer’s agreement. If no agreed substitute or reasonable rescheduling option is available, the unfulfilled-service remedy in Section 8 applies.
19. Allocation of risk and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Rebels is not responsible for a practitioner’s independent professional judgment, statements, interpretations, views, advice, conduct, communications, availability, lateness, no-show, technical systems, confidentiality breach, legal compliance, or results. The limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnification terms, arbitration agreement, and class-action waiver in the Terms of Service also apply.
Nothing in this Marketplace Policy excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any responsibility arising from Mystic Rebels’ own fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits limitation.
20. International customers and mandatory rights
Mystic Rebels sells services to customers in multiple jurisdictions. Local law may provide mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, disclosure, performance, refund, accessibility, or dispute rights that differ from this Policy. Where such a right applies and cannot lawfully be waived, it controls.
If you ask for a service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, we may request express consent to begin performance and acknowledgment of any resulting effect on withdrawal rights. Fully performed, personalized, digital, or date-specific services may be treated differently under local law. Contact vibe@mysticrebels.com before performance if you believe a mandatory right applies.
21. Changes to this Marketplace Policy
Mystic Rebels may update this Marketplace Policy when services, practitioners, platforms, procedures, or laws change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required. Changes ordinarily apply prospectively and do not remove mandatory rights already accrued.
