Before you book

• Confirm the practitioner, service format, session length, and selected focus shown on the product page.
• Use an email address you check regularly. Booking confirmations, delivery notices, and follow-up information are sent there.
• For a live appointment, review the displayed date, time, and timezone before completing the booking.
• For focused readings, select the available theme or question category requested during booking.

Live sessions

Your confirmation contains the appointment information and any instructions needed to join. Please arrive prepared and use the contact form promptly if the confirmation appears incomplete.

Delivered readings

Delivered readings are sent by email as audio, with a video option where the service listing offers one. Standard delivery is within 14 days unless the product page states a different timeframe. Faster delivery may be available as an optional upgrade.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Terms can vary by service. Review the product listing, booking confirmation, and Refund Policy. If you need help, contact Mystic Rebels as soon as possible and include the name and email used to book, the service, and the appointment date.
