Video Call via Zoom
Our sessions are conducted through Zoom video calls to facilitate a seamless and engaging experience. For the most effective session, we require that both parties have their cameras turned on. This practice enhances our energetic exchange and attention to each other, minimizes interruptions, and improves the clarity of our communication.
Preparing for Your Session:
- Zoom App: You don't need a Zoom account to join the meeting, but you do need the Zoom application installed on your computer or mobile device before the appointment. Please download and install it in advance.
- Device Permissions: Ensure that you have granted all necessary permissions for the Zoom app, including access to your microphone and camera. This will enable us to communicate without any technical disruptions.
Accessing Your Session:
- Meeting Link: You will receive the meeting link in your booking confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Want to revisit your session? No problem! We offer the option to record your live Zoom session so you can review it anytime you like.
Our sessions are rich with insights and guidance, so recording might be perfect for you if you’d like to concentrate fully during our discussion, without worrying about jotting down notes or trying to remember everything later. Just let us know during the call if you'd like us to hit 'record.'
This is included, free of charge. Shortly after our session concludes, you will receive an email with a link to download the video recording of your session. Please ensure you save it to your personal device for future reference.
Please note: In line with our commitment to client confidentiality, we do not retain any audio or video recordings. If you request a recording, we'll send you a download link shortly after the session ends. The file will be available for download for 7 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers. This ensures your privacy and the confidentiality of our session.
