This Health, Wellness & Spiritual Services Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to services, products, content, practitioners, and experiences offered, hosted, promoted, or sold by Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and applicable product, booking, membership, course, and practitioner terms.

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or using an applicable offering, you acknowledge the nature and limitations described below. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes a responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Nature of Mystic Rebels offerings

Mystic Rebels provides and promotes spiritual, philosophical, educational, personal-development, wellness-support, creative, and reflective offerings. These may include Bioattunement, Cosmodynamics, Alchemystic Astrology, astrology, Tarot, numerology, energy or spiritual practices, herbal traditions, lifestyle observations, readings, courses, books, downloads, community discussions, and related content.

Spiritual and wellness practices may be based on Mystic Rebels systems, practitioner experience, traditional knowledge, intuition, symbolism, personal philosophy, or other nonclinical methods. They are not represented as conventional medical science, medical diagnosis, or a substitute for regulated professional care.

2. No professional healthcare, legal, or financial relationship

Unless a specifically identified practitioner expressly provides verifiable credentials and a separate written scope stating otherwise, Mystic Rebels and the practitioners featured through the platform are not acting as physicians, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, dietitians, pharmacists, attorneys, accountants, investment advisers, or other regulated professionals.

No Mystic Rebels offering creates a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship. Information and services are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Bioattunement and wellness-support boundaries

Bioattunement explores emotional, energetic, behavioral, and lifestyle patterns that may affect well-being. It may provide observations, recommendations, wellness-support tools, herbal or lifestyle information, reflective exercises, and planning materials intended to support a client’s personal wellness or healing journey.

Mystic Rebels does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease, does not determine the medical cause of disease or discomfort, and does not guarantee that an observation or recommendation will produce a health outcome. References to “healing” describe a nonclinical, spiritual, wellness, or personal-development process—not medical treatment, recovery, or a promised cure.

A client should seek appropriate evaluation from a licensed healthcare professional for symptoms, suspected illness, diagnosis, treatment, testing, injury, pain, mental-health concerns, or changes in health.

4. Medication and treatment decisions

Mystic Rebels does not recommend beginning, stopping, reducing, replacing, or changing medication. We do not advise clients to delay, reject, or disregard diagnosis, treatment, testing, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

At a client’s request, Mystic Rebels may provide general wellness-support observations or planning materials for the client to discuss with the client’s prescribing clinician. Any decision involving medication or medical treatment must be directed and supervised by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

5. Herbs, supplements, remedies, and lifestyle practices

Information about herbs, supplements, traditional remedies, nutrition, movement, sleep, or other lifestyle practices is general and educational. Natural does not mean risk-free. Products and practices may cause allergies, adverse reactions, interactions, contraindications, or unexpected effects.

Before using or changing an herb, supplement, remedy, diet, or wellness practice, consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional, particularly if you use medication, have an existing condition, are pregnant or nursing, are preparing for surgery, have allergies, or are providing the product to another person. Follow the product label and the advice of qualified professionals.

Product-specific statements, labels, warnings, dosage information, and legally required disclaimers remain controlling. Mystic Rebels does not guarantee the safety, suitability, legality, purity, or effectiveness of a product for a particular person.

6. Spiritual readings and reflective guidance

Astrology, Cosmodynamics, Tarot, numerology, and other spiritual readings provide reflective, spiritual, philosophical, and informational guidance. They are not guaranteed predictions, objective facts, or substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, safety, or other consequential professional advice.

Readings may involve interpretation, symbolism, intuition, practitioner judgment, and evolving systems. Different practitioners may reach different interpretations. You are responsible for deciding what relevance, if any, the information has for you.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

Mystic Rebels and its practitioners do not guarantee accuracy, compatibility, timing, predictions, healing, improvement, symptom change, emotional change, financial results, relationship outcomes, business results, or any other result. Past experiences, reviews, testimonials, examples, and practitioner statements do not promise that another customer will receive the same outcome.

Results vary according to circumstances, choices, participation, outside support, health history, and many factors outside the control of Mystic Rebels or a practitioner.

8. Customer judgment and responsibility

You remain solely responsible for evaluating information and for your decisions, conduct, purchases, relationships, finances, health choices, and implementation of any observation or recommendation. Use independent judgment and obtain appropriately licensed advice before making a material or high-risk decision.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, disclosing relevant risks to an appropriate licensed professional, asking questions, reviewing product instructions, and discontinuing a product or practice and seeking appropriate help if you experience an adverse reaction or concerning change.

9. Emergencies and urgent concerns

Mystic Rebels and its practitioners do not provide emergency, crisis, suicide-prevention, domestic-violence, poison-control, or urgent medical services. Do not wait for a booking, message response, reading, or wellness session in an emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriately licensed professional able to provide immediate assistance.

10. Independent practitioners and the Mystic Rebels platform

Mystic Rebels provides a marketplace platform through which customers can discover, book, and pay for services offered by independent practitioners. Mystic Rebels may provide or administer the storefront, directory, payment processing, booking application, customer account, marketing, and related platform tools. Practitioner compensation is generally released on a later payment cycle after an issue-buffering period.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, each practitioner is an independent contractor and independent service provider—not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, representative, or spokesperson of Mystic Rebels. Practitioners provide and control their own professional methods, opinions, statements, communications, email, videoconferencing account, calendar, availability, session performance, and service delivery.

A practitioner’s views, claims, conduct, advice, reading, availability, lateness, cancellation, no-show, communication, credential representation, or other action is the practitioner’s own and is not adopted or endorsed by Mystic Rebels merely because the practitioner appears on or uses the platform.

Questions or complaints about the substance, conduct, or delivery of a practitioner’s service should be directed first to that practitioner. Questions about Mystic Rebels checkout, payment processing, account access, or booking-platform operation may be directed to Mystic Rebels. Mystic Rebels may facilitate communication, review platform participation, withhold or adjust a pending practitioner payout as permitted by the applicable agreement, or apply a customer-facing policy, but does not undertake to supervise or control the practitioner’s independent service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Rebels is not responsible for an independent practitioner’s professional acts or omissions. Mystic Rebels remains responsible for its own platform conduct and for duties that applicable law does not permit it to disclaim.

11. Credentials and private Mystic Rebels certifications

Mystic Rebels may create training standards, certifications, directories, or participation requirements for Alchemystic Astrology, Cosmodynamics, Bioattunement, or related systems. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are private Mystic Rebels training credentials. They are not governmental licensure, academic accreditation, medical board certification, authorization to practice a regulated profession, or proof that a practitioner is a licensed healthcare professional.

A Mystic Rebels credential may indicate completion of internal training or satisfaction of platform standards. It does not eliminate the practitioner’s independent responsibility to understand and comply with the laws governing the practitioner’s location, client location, advertising, and scope of practice.

12. Educational, community, and AI-assisted content

This Disclaimer applies to paid and free sessions, product descriptions, websites, blogs, books, courses, Mystic Circle, videos, social-media content, emails, downloads, automated summaries, AI-assisted materials, chat responses, community discussions, and customer communications.

Educational and AI-assisted content may be incomplete, generalized, generated from limited information, or contain errors. It should be reviewed using independent judgment and appropriate professional advice. Community members and independent contributors speak for themselves unless Mystic Rebels expressly identifies content as an official company statement.

13. Testimonials, reviews, and examples

Testimonials, reviews, case descriptions, and examples reflect individual experiences or opinions. They are not scientific evidence, guarantees, or representations of the results a typical customer will receive. Material relationships, incentives, or affiliate connections should be disclosed where required.

14. Assumption of risk

To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with relying on or implementing spiritual, wellness, herbal, lifestyle, educational, or practitioner information. These risks may include disappointment, emotional discomfort, allergic reaction, product interaction, financial loss, relationship conflict, or delay in seeking regulated professional assistance.

15. Adults only

Mystic Rebels offerings are intended only for adults age 18 or older. A practitioner or product may impose additional eligibility or safety requirements.

16. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in services, practitioners, law, or business practices. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
