What happens during a Spiritual Services session?

You begin with the selected focus and what brings you to it. Ashley may guide meditation, visualization, energetic awareness, chakra work, conversation, emotional movement, or another responsive process. The session closes by grounding and integrating what occurred.

What might I experience?

You may notice imagery, memory, emotion, shifts in energetic awareness, an inner figure or younger self, intuitive information, resistance, release, clarity, or a new relationship with the selected focus. Experiences vary and are not forced.

How should I prepare?

Choose a private place where you can remain uninterrupted, bring water and a journal, and arrive with a clear intention rather than a demand for one predetermined experience.

How is this different from a Wellness session?

Spiritual Services center guided inner, meditative, chakra, energetic, and awakening work. Wellness centers emotional roots, recurring imbalance, chronic chains, lifestyle, herbalism, remedies, and sustainable healing support.
