Alchemystic Astrology and Cosmodynamics: System and Engine

The book was written during an evolution in my understanding of what I had actually built. That evolution created language that can look contradictory if nobody stops to explain it.

So let me make the current naming clear.

• Alchemystic Astrology is the system of astrology I developed.
• Cosmodynamics is the science I developed operating beneath it—it’s the engine.

They are connected, but they are not interchangeable.

Alchemystic Astrology Is the System

Alchemystic Astrology is the corrected astrological architecture: its terminology, foundations, relationships, and standards of assessment.

Astrology had a core problem—it didn’t work reliably. In fact, it had the same success rate as chance and guesswork. So I questioned what was not working, tested what could be observed, removed what failed, and rebuilt the structure through a lens of science and practicality… around consistency and real-world results.

That is why I describe it as fixed astrology that works.

And, once again, works does not mean “it resonated with me.” It means the system is accurate, useful, and produces results that can be observed and applied. It means if you use the system, you will get the same spot-on outcomes.

Alchemystic Astrology gives us the system through which the chart is understood. It establishes the language. It defines the architecture. It creates boundaries around what a term is permitted to mean so that an assessment cannot become whatever the interpreter wants it to become after the fact. “Take what resonates” and “down to the interpreter” don’t fly here. We want truth.

Cosmodynamics Is the Engine

Cosmodynamics is the mechanics—what is happening beneath that architecture.

The word cosmo points to the structure and order of the Universe as a whole. Dynamics concerns motion, interaction, change, and effect over time.

Cosmodynamics is therefore the science of how cosmic structures and movements produce tangible patterns, processes, and effects within lived reality. It is the engine under the hood.

A vehicle is not its engine, but the vehicle cannot function without one. The system gives the mechanics a coherent form through which they can be studied and applied. The science explains why that form can produce observable results—this was the missing component in astrological systems. A governing rulebook, per say.

Why the Book Uses Transitional Language

If you have picked up my book, you’ll see a section I added at the beginning. The Architect’s Note was added after the earliest copies of I Fixed Astrology had already been released. At that point, I was trying to describe a realization that arrived through the act of writing the book itself: what I had uncovered reached beyond what people normally mean when they use the word astrology.

That realization was important, but the language continued to evolve. This whole system needs to evolve beyond my lifetime. It’s bigger than me.

The book sometimes treats Alchemystic Astrology and Alchemystic Cosmodynamics as replacement names for one another because it captures that exact moment of transition. I am not rewriting that history or pretending the discovery arrived in one perfectly packaged revelation. At the time of writing this, it’s been over 10 years of obsessive insanity to decode the Universe—that does not come linearly.

The naming convention has now been solidified:

• Alchemystic Astrology is my proprietary system of astrology.
• Cosmodynamics is my underlying science concerned with structure, motion, interaction, change, and effect.

What Makes the Engine Scientific

Calling Cosmodynamics a science cannot be arbitrary. It has to actually be a science—and again, this is where all astrology went wrong. Astronomy matters. Physics matters. Unknown science—yeah, there’s a sticky topic—matters. We must adhere to the Empirical Method or none of this matters. This is also where astrology fell off in the 1600’s.

The standard rests on observation. Claims must answer to what can be detected in reality. Methods must remain testable and repeatable. Definitions must be applied consistently. A functioning model must possess explanatory or predictive power. Its validity cannot depend upon tradition, status, authority, or belief—nor omens, superstitions, or vibes.

This public knowledge hub can teach you the system’s language, foundations, corrections, and first-order relationships. It can show you what the parts are and why they exist. Then when you’re intrigued and ready to dive deeper so you can use it for yourself, you can join Mystic Circle.

Knowing what an engine is does not make you a mechanic. I hurt somebody’s feelings right there.
