Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to providing a welcoming and meaningfully accessible digital experience for people with disabilities. We work to improve access to our website, store, customer accounts, digital content, booking tools, and related online services.

1. Our accessibility goal

Our ongoing accessibility work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is a widely used technical standard for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Because websites, content, themes, and third-party services change over time, this statement describes an ongoing program rather than a guarantee that every page, feature, or file will always be free of every accessibility barrier.

2. Measures we take

Depending on the content or feature, our accessibility efforts may include:

Using meaningful page titles, headings, labels, instructions, link text, and structural markup.

Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus where the technology permits.

Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and treating decorative images appropriately.

Considering color contrast, text resizing, browser zoom, reflow, and information that is not conveyed by color alone.

Adding captions, transcripts, descriptions, or alternative formats for multimedia when appropriate.

Designing forms with understandable labels, required-field information, error identification, and correction guidance.

Reviewing menus, drawers, dialogs, search, product pages, cart, account, booking, membership, and digital-delivery workflows.

Combining automated testing with manual review, including keyboard and assistive-technology testing when practical.

Evaluating accessibility when themes, templates, applications, embedded services, or material content are added or changed.

Training and providing guidance to people who create or manage website content.

3. Third-party features and content

Some functions may be provided by third parties, including commerce, checkout, payment, customer-account, booking, membership, community, video, chat, review, digital-delivery, social-media, and embedded-content providers. We seek to select and configure services with accessibility in mind and to report or work around material barriers. Because we may not control a provider’s underlying code, an issue may require the provider’s participation or an alternative access method.

Affiliate, practitioner, customer, or other user-submitted content may also vary in accessibility. We may request corrections, supply an alternative, limit content, or take another reasonable step when a barrier is reported.

4. Request assistance or report a barrier

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our digital services, email vibe@mysticrebels.com with the subject “Accessibility Request.” Please identify the page, product, feature, or content involved and describe the difficulty. If helpful, you may also provide the device, browser, assistive technology, and preferred format or method of access. Do not provide unnecessary medical or disability information.

We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge the request, investigate the issue, communicate about available options, and provide the information, product, or service through an accessible or reasonably effective alternative when appropriate. Response and remediation time can vary based on the nature of the issue, technical complexity, third-party involvement, and urgency.

5. No retaliation

Mystic Rebels will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against a person for requesting an accessibility accommodation, reporting an accessibility concern, or exercising a disability-related right.

6. Changes to this Statement

We may update this Statement as our technology, content, services, accessibility program, or legal obligations change. The revised Statement will be posted with a new effective date.
