MYSTIC CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP POLICY

This Mystic Circle Membership Policy (“Membership Policy”) governs access to and participation in Mystic Circle, a membership program offered by Mystic Rebels LLC, doing business as Mystic Rebels (“Mystic Rebels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to membership purchases, renewals, community participation, member-only content, events, discussions, resources, and related benefits.
This Membership Policy supplements the Mystic Rebels Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Health, Wellness, and Spiritual Services Disclaimer. Those documents are incorporated by reference. If a specific membership offer expressly provides different terms, those specific terms control only for that offer and only to the extent of the conflict.

1. Eligibility and personal accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Mystic Circle is intended for adults only.
Memberships and associated accounts are personal to the purchasing member. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, lend, share, or permit another person to use your login, membership, member discount, private link, replay, download, or access credentials unless Mystic Rebels expressly authorizes it in writing. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity occurring through your account.
We encourage members to use their real names to support trust and community continuity, but usernames are currently permitted. A username may not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, violate another person’s rights, or be deceptive, abusive, or unlawful.
2. Shopify, Appstle Memberships, and access
Mystic Circle memberships are purchased through the Mystic Rebels Shopify store. Shopify supports the storefront, checkout, customer account, payment environment, and order records. Appstle Memberships administers membership status, recurring billing instructions, renewal management, member benefits, and access rules. Payment processing may also involve Shopify Payments, card networks, financial institutions, or other payment providers.
A valid Shopify customer account, accurate billing information, and an active qualifying Appstle membership may be required to receive and maintain access. Technical processing times, authentication, platform synchronization, maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may delay or temporarily interrupt access.
3. Plans, payment, and purchase disclosures
Mystic Rebels may offer monthly, six-month, annual, promotional, legacy, or other membership plans. Current pricing is displayed at purchase and is not stated in this Policy. Before completing a purchase, review the displayed price, billing interval, initial commitment, included benefits, renewal terms, and cancellation method.
Six-month and annual plans are paid in full upfront. They are separate fixed-term commitments and are not month-to-month plans. Choosing a longer plan means you are committing to and purchasing the entire displayed term at the time of checkout.
Applicable taxes, currency conversion, payment-provider charges, or similar amounts may be added where required or disclosed. You authorize Mystic Rebels and its payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for the initial purchase and each authorized renewal.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless the checkout or offer expressly identifies a plan as nonrenewing, membership automatically renews at the billing interval and price disclosed at purchase until you cancel future renewal or the membership is otherwise ended. A monthly plan ordinarily renews monthly; a six-month plan ordinarily renews for another six-month term; and an annual plan ordinarily renews for another annual term.
Automatic-renewal terms are presented during purchase and may also appear in the order confirmation, customer account, or membership portal. By completing the purchase, you expressly authorize recurring charges according to the displayed plan. Renewal notices or reminders will be provided when required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation and fixed-term commitments
You may cancel future automatic renewal through the self-service membership or customer-account tools made available by Shopify and Appstle. If those tools are unavailable, email vibe@mysticrebels.com promptly from the email address associated with the membership. We may require reasonable account verification.
Cancellation affects future renewal only. It does not unwind the current purchase, shorten a prepaid commitment, or create a refund. To avoid a renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the renewal is processed. Waiting until the renewal date may be too late if processing has already begun.
For six-month and annual memberships, cancellation turns off the next renewal but does not terminate or refund the prepaid current term. Membership benefits ordinarily remain available through the end of the paid period unless access is suspended or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, a policy violation, security, legal compliance, platform closure, or another ground permitted by this Policy or applicable law.
6. No refunds, credits, or prorating
Membership purchases and renewal charges are final and nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mystic Rebels does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, credits, extensions, replacement time, or partial-term cancellations because a member did not use the membership, forgot to cancel, missed an event, disliked content, experienced a scheduling conflict, lost interest, disagreed with a community decision, or could not access a particular optional feature.
The absence, modification, interruption, or discontinuation of a particular class, presenter, event, replay, discussion, discount, feature, platform tool, or other benefit does not by itself create a refund right.
7. Failed payments, paused memberships, and stale accounts
If a renewal payment fails, membership access may be restricted promptly. Appstle is currently configured to attempt the payment again the following day. If that attempt also fails, the membership may remain paused indefinitely until valid payment is successfully made. No additional automatic retry is promised.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and reviewing payment notices. A paused membership does not provide active member benefits, and time spent paused does not entitle you to replacement access, a credit, or an extension.
Mystic Rebels may review, archive, close, remove, or otherwise clean up stale, paused, duplicate, inactive, or apparently abandoned memberships and accounts at any time. Restoring a removed account, historical access, a prior plan, or grandfathered status is not guaranteed.
8. Grandfathered pricing and discretionary reductions
Mystic Rebels will not apply a general membership price increase to a continuously active member whose current plan is expressly treated as grandfathered. Grandfathered status is personal and does not transfer.
Grandfathered pricing may end if the member cancels, changes plans, changes commitment terms, allows the membership or payment method to lapse, remains paused or abandoned, loses eligibility, is terminated, or later rejoins. A temporary promotion, coupon, courtesy adjustment, referral benefit, or manually corrected price does not create permanent grandfathered status unless Mystic Rebels expressly confirms otherwise.
If the public price for a comparable plan decreases, Mystic Rebels may, in its sole discretion, apply the lower price to existing members as a customer benefit when doing so does not change the member’s commitment term. A price reduction is not guaranteed, does not apply retroactively, and does not create a refund, credit, or entitlement to the difference.
9. Program, platform, and benefit changes
Mystic Rebels may add, remove, replace, reschedule, restrict, redesign, suspend, or discontinue any class, live event, presenter, instructor, discussion area, resource, replay, archive, feature, discount, benefit, format, technology, platform, access method, or other part of Mystic Circle at any time and for any business, operational, creative, technical, safety, legal, or community reason.
No particular topic, teacher, frequency, schedule, quantity of content, platform, feature, discount, or continuing benefit is guaranteed unless a specific written offer expressly says otherwise. Mystic Rebels may migrate the program or community to another provider and may require reasonable account steps to continue access.
Where applicable law requires notice, renewed consent, prospective application, or another remedy for a material change, Mystic Rebels will provide what the law requires. Otherwise, continued use after a notified change constitutes acceptance of the changed program or terms.
10. Live events, recordings, replays, and technical limitations
Live events, classes, office hours, discussions, and other scheduled activities may be changed, delayed, shortened, rescheduled, substituted, or canceled. Attendance capacity, presenter availability, time zones, internet service, software, equipment, moderation, and other technical or operational conditions may affect delivery.
Recording, replay, transcript, caption, download, archive, and continued availability are never guaranteed unless the specific offer expressly says otherwise. A technical failure may prevent a session from being recorded, processed, uploaded, retained, or recovered. Mystic Rebels may edit or withhold recordings to protect privacy, safety, confidentiality, intellectual property, or community standards.
Members may not independently record, capture, photograph, transcribe, stream, or distribute membership activities without prior written authorization from Mystic Rebels and all legally required participant consents.
11. Community standards and enforcement
Mystic Circle is a moderated private community. Members must communicate honestly, respectfully, lawfully, and in a manner consistent with the program’s purpose. Mystic Rebels may remove or restrict content and may warn, mute, limit, suspend, or terminate a member when we reasonably believe action is appropriate.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual misconduct, or targeted hostility.
Spam, unauthorized promotion, solicitation, recruitment, mass messaging, deceptive offers, or exploitation of members.
Impersonation, misrepresentation, fraud, manipulation, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Unsafe professional, medical, mental-health, medication, legal, tax, investment, or other regulated advice presented without appropriate qualifications or disclaimers.
Publishing or exposing another person’s private, confidential, health-related, identifying, or sensitive information.
Disrupting classes, discussions, platform operations, moderation, safety measures, access controls, or the experience of other members.
Circumventing account, payment, download, platform, security, or content-protection controls.
Violating this Policy, another Mystic Rebels policy, an instructor’s reasonable participation rules, or applicable law.
Mystic Rebels determines appropriate enforcement in its reasonable discretion based on context, severity, repetition, safety, legal obligations, and program integrity. We are not required to use progressive discipline or provide advance warning before restricting or terminating access.
12. Community content ownership
“Community Content” means posts, comments, replies, prompts, questions, discussions, images, graphics, audio, video, files, resources, testimonials, suggestions, feedback, social posts created for Mystic Circle, and other materials a member submits, uploads, publishes, or intentionally contributes to Mystic Circle or for use in the Mystic Circle community. It does not include confidential health or astrology intake, private booking records, private client files, or private service communications governed by our privacy policies.
As between you and Mystic Rebels, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably assign to Mystic Rebels all right, title, and interest in Community Content upon submission, including all transferable copyrights and other intellectual-property rights. You agree to sign further documents reasonably necessary to confirm that ownership. To the extent an assignment is ineffective, prohibited, or does not cover a particular right, you grant Mystic Rebels a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, display, perform, distribute, archive, moderate, remove, commercialize, and otherwise use that Community Content in any media for lawful business, community, educational, promotional, operational, or archival purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree not to assert moral rights or similar rights in Community Content. You represent that you have every right and permission necessary to submit the material and grant the assignment and license above, and that the material does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person’s rights.
Identifiable material you created and owned before posting (“Background Material”) remains yours. By incorporating Background Material into Community Content, however, you grant Mystic Rebels the license stated above as needed to use the submitted Community Content. Do not post third-party or preexisting material if you cannot grant these rights.
Mystic Rebels has no obligation to publish, preserve, attribute, return, remove, or continue using Community Content. Deleting an account or post does not revoke rights already assigned or licensed and does not require removal from backups, archives, completed materials, or uses already made, subject to applicable privacy law.
13. Member confidentiality and privacy
What members share in a private community can be personal or sensitive. You may not disclose, quote, screenshot, copy, identify, repost, summarize for publication, or otherwise share another member’s statements, profile information, images, experiences, questions, personal details, or participation outside the authorized community context without that person’s express permission and any required permission from Mystic Rebels.
Community privacy is a rule of participation, not a guarantee that another member will comply. Use discretion and do not post information you cannot risk another participant seeing. Mystic Rebels handles personal information as described in its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual-property restrictions
Mystic Circle and its systems, methods, teachings, terminology, books, curricula, recordings, replays, articles, graphics, downloads, exercises, discussions, compilations, program structure, branding, and member-only materials are owned by or licensed to Mystic Rebels and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
Unless Mystic Rebels gives prior written permission, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, repost, quote substantially, publish, share, forward, distribute, sell, sublicense, display, perform, broadcast, stream, or make member content available to another person.
Download, photograph, screen-record, transcribe, archive, extract, or retain content except through an expressly enabled personal-use feature.
Remove branding, notices, watermarks, access controls, metadata, or technological protections.
Scrape, crawl, index, data-mine, bulk collect, or use automated means to obtain content or member information.
Upload, disclose, submit, or use Mystic Circle materials to train, fine-tune, ground, benchmark, prompt, evaluate, or build any artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, retrieval, chatbot, knowledge-base, or similar system.
Teach, certify, coach, consult, publish, market, or create a competing or derivative course, methodology, service, reference work, database, guide, workbook, article series, or book using Mystic Circle systems or protected material.
Use membership access to benefit a business, client group, class, household, team, organization, or other third party.
Limited personal notes made in your own words for your private study are permitted, provided they are not shared, published, commercialized, used to train a system, or used to teach or provide competing services. Any permission or downloadable feature is limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and for the stated purpose only.
15. Practitioners, social promotion, readings, and books
Practitioner, affiliate, or partner status does not grant permission to teach Mystic Circle material, reproduce its systems, distribute member content, or act as an instructor or representative of Mystic Rebels. Any authority to teach must be granted in a separate written agreement signed by Mystic Rebels.
A practitioner may create limited social content promoting Mystic Rebels or their authorized participation only when the content does not reveal protected methods or member-only information, conflict with this Policy, imply unauthorized certification, or give away material reserved to Mystic Circle. Practitioners may offer readings only within the scope of their separate authorization and applicable marketplace or practitioner terms.
Books, manuals, guides, courses, databases, or other works explaining, reconstructing, teaching, or commercializing Mystic Rebels systems, methods, or techniques are prohibited without a separate written publishing or license agreement. Membership, practitioner participation, affiliate status, or access to readings does not create such permission.
16. Educational status, certificates, and no professional relationship
Mystic Circle provides spiritual, reflective, educational, informational, and personal-development content. It is not an accredited school, college, university, healthcare provider, law firm, financial adviser, or government licensing body. Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other regulated professional relationship.
Certificates and certifications are not currently part of Mystic Circle. Mystic Rebels may offer certificates, assessments, or separate certification programs in the future, but any such offering will be governed by its own written eligibility, assessment, conduct, renewal, use-of-marks, and revocation requirements. Membership alone never authorizes a member to claim certification, licensure, endorsement, instructor status, practitioner status, or authority to represent Mystic Rebels.
Content and community participation do not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Results, experiences, spiritual interpretations, personal-development outcomes, business outcomes, and testimonials are individual and are not guaranteed.
17. Suspension and termination
Mystic Rebels may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate membership, community participation, content privileges, discounts, or account access for nonpayment, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, security risk, legal compliance, harmful conduct, infringement, confidentiality violations, policy violations, program closure, platform limitations, or other conduct we reasonably determine threatens Mystic Rebels, its systems, intellectual property, members, practitioners, providers, or community.
A suspension or termination for a member’s violation ordinarily does not create a refund, credit, extension, or right to restore access. Mystic Rebels may preserve evidence, content, account records, transaction records, and other information as permitted by its privacy policies and applicable law. Termination does not end payment obligations already incurred or provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, licenses, confidentiality, intellectual-property restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and indemnification.
18. End of membership and loss of access
When the paid term ends, a membership is closed, or access is terminated, member-only access may end immediately. This can include community spaces, courses, discussions, saved resources, notes stored within the platform, downloads, replays, archives, discounts, offers, practitioner features, account-dependent purchases, and other membership benefits.
You are responsible for exporting any information the platform expressly permits you to export before access ends. Mystic Rebels does not guarantee continued access to member-created notes, post history, comments, bookmarks, progress, messages, or other platform data after cancellation, expiration, suspension, migration, cleanup, or termination.
19. Changes to this Membership Policy
Mystic Rebels may revise this Membership Policy as the program, platforms, benefits, business practices, or law changes. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. We may provide additional notice or request renewed consent where required by law or where we determine it is appropriate.
Changes ordinarily apply prospectively. Continued purchase, renewal, access, or participation after a revised Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using Mystic Circle and cancel future renewal before the next charge, subject to any existing prepaid fixed-term commitment.
